It is Saturday, 7:30 EDT
I just checked spot silver prices at three sites;
JM Bullion $14.89
APMEX $14.93
Kitco $14.84

So, why, when the market is closed are they not showing the same spot price?

Some use "ask", some use "bid", others might split the difference. Those prices are all within a couple cents of each other and are well under 1% apart.
