For sure those letters look doubled, but I think that it is more likely Machine Doubling rather than a doubled die.

I don't see any doubling that would show this is a DDO...perhaps some MDD. The quality of your photos is not very good to make an attribution.

I see split serifs on the T of LIBERTY you posted. Could you post pictures of the other letters of LIBERTY?

Hard to say, since the glare is covering up the areas in question. I do see Machine Doubling.
