Coin is about 27 mm. Reverse is seated figure, left. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Just realized I had the reverse upside down! Might not be a seated figure, but one with an S and C on it.

Perhaps? https://cNGCoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=300696 Not certain if the bust is radiate. If so, a dupondius. If not, an as. Likely at least a few variants of obverse legend. The rudder and cornucopiae seem to match the figure and are typical attributes of Fortuna.
