1963-D Franklin Machine Doubling Or DDR?

I got some junk silver, a microscope, and a chromebook for father's day. Was playing around, and I came across this. I'm pretty new to errors, I was basically looking for RPM's. Variety Vista doesn't have a DDR listed, and since there is so much doubling, I am pretty sure that this is Machine Doubling.

A rule of thumb that I was told, was that if all the letters of a particular word are doubled, it's machine doubled. But some of the letters don't appear to be doubled.

So I'm searching for a second, more knowledgeable opinion.

Hopefully the photos actually work and are visible, I am new to the microscope and chromebook, and had to resize the pics to be able to upload them.
