No, it's not. The doubling you're seeing is actually very slight Machine Doubling. Machine Doubling usually reduces the size of the devices.

Wow this is the coolest Machine Doubling I seen so far. I'm new to coin collecting so it's probably common, but I think alot of people would be fooled into believing this type of Machine Doubling is a doubled die error. Would I be able to sell this for more than face value?

No. Machine Doubling doesn't carry a premium. Selling it would be a mistake.
