I cant find this coin any where online cant even read the language on the coin neither can any of yall identify it? And info would be much appreciated thanks.

Japanese lettering, says "Monako" on the back

Says the same "Monako" in katakana twice on the front. Not sure if it's related to Monaco though.

so from what I could find it might be a pachinko coin used for gaming machines by the company called Monako
as I said it's just my humble opinion

If it's 25mm/1 inch diameter, then it's almost definitely a pachinko token.

Short answer is not really currently they are selling 500 pcs. for $49.99 on Amazon for a nickle plated two cherries version. cherries on the tokens are considered good luck. even if older they are about like our arcade tokens from any of the large arcade parlors.
