It was Reverse up in the roll and at first I thought it was a circulated Proof. Then when I turned it over, it was a 1964 D. So, I'm wondering your thoughts thes may be some Fresh Dies that Clashed(behind head, under chin) early and Polished? Or, the possiblity of what occurred to the Washington quarter Type B? The Edge is also looks Proof. Either way, its a Nice Clash. Also, Sorry for the Multiple Obverse pics. I was trying to capture the mirror of the field and the Clash marks.
