The mint mark looks funny and on the reverse The UNI in "United" seems a bit weird . Also the last A in "America". Any thoughts ?

@m89, I see damage, perhaps from a wrapping machine on UNITED--that is the circumferential scratch. On the mintmark, I see a hit on the upper left hand corner. The inside of the letter D appears to be somewhat filled in, but with this amount of wear, I would be hard pressed to say if it is simply wear or if the post on the die was partially broken.
