I found a French gold coin like it online. Jean Le Bon Mouton dOr with the lamb of God. 1300s

@dman95, good job tracking down that paschal lamb and cross fleury. You are right that they appear on French gold coins of the 14th Century. However, I believe that yours is a 15th counting token. The obv legend is hVRTE BIEn MOVTOn and the rev legend is DE LATOn SVI nOVMESI. Here is a link for one to an auction for a similar piece:

Thanks for your help! That one looks very similar. You must have a lot of experience reading these because I could hardly make out anything! I thought it had a date since one character looks like an 8.

Yes a little bit.

The Gothic letters can be quite challenging. By the way, single and double annulets were used sometimes as spaces between words. What you are seeing as a number 8 at about 7 o'clock on the reverse is a double annulet I think.

The extra symbols make it more challenging.

Can you translate it? Other coins similar have one side traslate , I am the Lamb. I am not sure which side.

I am less able to help with that request, but I suspect that it is some sort of double meaning. Here is an excerpt from "Revue de la Numismatique Belge: Catalogue Des Monnaies Des Comptes de Hainaut":
