Pulled this from a roll I bought looking for some DDOs (which I did not find). I usually don't pull out the minor ones, but this one was pretty thick across PLURIBUS so I kept it out. I can't match it on VV. Thanks for taking a look.

I didn't see an exact match on Variety Vista or Coppercoins. (Didn't check Wexler as he is often missing a lot of images on his site)

If there is a die scratch going NE off the left dot it might be WDDR-013 Stage B (which is 1DR-016 as well)
Wexler describes most markers gone but this one still remains in stage B.

I found an MS one recently in a later die state that had almost no markers. I was also able to find a very weak die scratch going south, below his chin

Note:Notice the die polishing was so strong on yours that part of the lapel below his tie that separates the design from the field is missing.
