If you look at the reverse pic, you can see what looks to be a strike-through of Roosevelt's head. Also, IGWT looks doubled to me1974-D-Roosevelt-Dime-With-Strike-Through-And-Possibly-DDO?

What's the difference between die clash & a strike-through? I can turn this at some angles under the microscope where you can't even see it

A die clash is when two dies hit together without a planchet between them. This transfers the outline of the devices on the opposite dies at the same time. This leaves an outline of the affected area from the opposite die.
