Looks like a PCGS holder, I am guessing MS64? The strike is weak on the obverse or some sort of struck through, maybe grease?

Pics a little dark, MS64-65 RD. The back of the head looks like it was grease filled. The portrait detail on most of these stinks from the start. The beard usually has no detail.

Thad, what does it mean for something to be "grease filled"?

Grease Filled Die means that the die had grease or dirt clogging the die thus resulting in weak devices or lettering. It's hard to tell if the scratches are on the holder or the coin. I'd say MS64RD.

I'd agree with the 64 Red tag... I wouldn't be surprised to see it at a 63 Red for the contact marks
