Hello,
I am new to coins and would greatly appreciate your feedback concerning my 1976 bicentennial quarter. It seems to have unusual errors. Also, I apologize for the size of the images. I had difficulty uploading. I realized after I posted that the first two images are not face up as required.
1. The flame on the reverse side of the coin appears to be missing part of the flame resulting in a large gap.
2. The Colonial drummer's bow and ponytail is missing completely.
3. The JF initials directly above the 7 in 1976 on the front side of the coin are missing as well.
4. The W and E and possibly others in "In God We Trust" are shaped differently than the examples I have seen.
5. The lower neck portion directly above the 7 in 1776 is missing part of the design.
