Possible Error On 2019 Dime?

I'm new to all this coin stuff but I noticed that a 2019 dime I got as spare change had some markings on it that looked different from normal wear and tear. I know the photos are pretty low quality (I had to point a phone camera through a x16 magnifying glass) but there is some pitting just in front of Roosevelt's face. I can confirm looking through the glass that the marks are lowered slightly. Any help would be appreciated!

@Cerealjo, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes while those are certainly odd looking dimples, there is most likely a mundane explanation. For example, those may be contact marks from the edge of a reeded coin that bumped into this one. For sure this dime didn't leave the mint looking like this. By the way, your pics are fine, especially the very last one that you posted.
