Hello all,

Wondering if you can give me some info on this star note. It is the 2nd run of 320,000. It has a few folds vertical and horizontal. Wondering if there is a premium for this?

Any info would be appreciated.

Modern paper money, even replacement notes, very rarely have any value above face if not in uncirculated condition. Graded notes, especially the higher grades, tend to do better.

I did a quick ebay search on SOLD 2013 $20 star notes and I was blown away by how many were sold for somewhere close to $20 or less. Why bother ?
