I have an area of concern I highlighted..i will try to get better shots of any area from any other angle if needed.. main question is this PMD or some sorta clip

Altered coin.
1. You can see the saw marks on the edge of the coin.
2. The devices on that area are not fading near that area.
3. This should be a straight line not curved.
4. The area above 'ST' on States is showing vibration from a jig saw on the rim.
5. No Blakesley affect opposite that affected area. (because it was a normal coin)
