Hi everyone, I just spotted this unusual Roman Bronze. However, I am having difficulty identifying the named ruler. It appears to be "Maurchrus," but I have never heard of this emperor/ruler. What do you think? Thanks
Roman emperor Carus 282-283, father of emperors Carinus and Numerian. Carus was supposed to be killed by being struck by lightening. Eddop is our expert on these emperors.
