1962 D LMC Struck Through Or PSD?

My first guess was a vise job via pliers but the Obverse looks ok. So, my next guess was Strike Thru.
Over "ONE" looks like plier marks. Over "CE" looks like screws.
Thoughts anyone?

Zoinks! I am all discombobulated. I would have never thought a lam; they all present straight edges and that one over "E" in cent looks to be a screw.

Also sometimes if looks like this, but if you consider the whole view it is in a line.

Oh, that line as in "on line". I can see a lam in that manner.

The coincidence of all of those marks to be "on line" like that would be very low.
