It is a souvenir medal, there are any number of variations of the monuments under the Feds. most of them are minted by the company that runs the concession at the sights. No real value since they are just souvenirs for the tourist trade. couple bucks tops. Or you will find them in the bargain bins. I get assorted ones in the bulk token buys all the time.
