This variety does not appear in the Rennik Varieties so is it unknown variety, a double strike, or a planchet fault?

Thanks echidna. I can understand the planchet damage below the extra middle leg and to the left of the E and to the right of the middle E bar, but how does the planchet end up with an extra leg? I'm new to this and have so much to learn.

Probably a bit of the planchet has folded over to form the extra leg.
