Is this a circulated coin? The mintmark just looks like a blob. The obverse looks weaker than the reverse. Maybe Grease Filled Die.

If I remember right,the drum top is the weak part? Yours looks like the typical weak strike.

I was thinking it might be a weak strike because the flame looks like it is missing part of the design. I also noticed the drummer's bow and ponytail are missing? Am I mistaken?

I think it's an about average Mint state coin, many of them have weakness on the center vertical "ribs" on the snare drum.
Drummers bow and ponytail look to be there, but washed out with reflected light in the picture.

Looks like general overall weakness on the revers, either from a deteriorating die, or circulation wear. the suspenders should be stronger also I think.

It's actually pretty hard to find a sharply stamped entire drum.

If the weight is normal, then it is a struck though grease issue on both sides of the coin. If the coin is under in weight, the it might be a thin planchet issue. But either way, no premium for this coin.
