I'm not experienced enough to tell the difference on these types of coins. Hoping someone will know! What do you think it's struck through? Thanks for the responses E&V and CH.

I first thought that it was a de-lamination but as the lettering appears in the depression area, I agree with everyone else that it is a struck thru.

What makes me think PSD is the fact that the word IN is closer to the rim than the word God is. Dan
