Well, a third hint, because, obviously, you will lose otherwise, the luchos are the Ten Commandments, which were first given on two stone tablets, but are now written on scrolls and decorated beautifully

Let's see the answer to 1831.
If yes, then the lion + tablets design was on 4 denominations, all of them copper. We might ask if it is a copper coin smaller than 25 mm in diameter.

Switzerland lies mostly east of this meridian, but Belgium and Luxembourg lie west.
The pending questions will get us up to 14. Assuming we are on the right track, we will need to get the denomination, and then there are a heckuva lot of dates for those types.
