All the copper Belgian coins minted after 1831 that I see with the tablet, show the tablet as the Belgian Constitution.

The Holy See uses French as its Diplomatic Language, the Vatican uses Italian as its official language. There is a series of coins from the 1940's that depict a seated figure with the "Tablets of the Law" i.e the 10 commandments. Unfortunately, the coins are made of aluminum.
