Oh I guess I should include the state, I have three,
Jaora, Madhya Pradesh, and Ratlam.
Is that like city, county, and State?
For clarity I will consolidate my original guess
1894 1 Paisa of Muhammad Ismail Khan, Princely state of Jaora,
in Madhya Pradesh.

I see one other coin that matches parameters given, [nailbite] UNLESS, They changed both dates for each issue year and denom, You know, so they add up (lol, subtract down  ) to the magic number 57 In that case there's more Edited by steelheadwill

regardless, I think I have narrowed it down so others can start guessing, at worst there's maybe 10 possibilities.
We are down to 2 denoms, 1P (issued 1893-96)
and 2P (1893-94)
Which have 57 years between their dual dates.
Question is, does @Spence clue
"listed in Numista" mean pictured?
if so there is only one other choice.

I don't think this coin has dual dates. And for sure doesn't have 3 dates on it

I see an 1893 2 paisa with a Hindi Urdu date 1950, a 57 year difference. My guess shows 1894 and 1951, ditto. Hence, Ergo, I believe this rulers coinage from this princely state are the only possibilities. My calculations state the Chances of this being coincidental are less than 1 in 2.03 to the 26th power. Holy MOLEy or was it 2.06 to the 23rd Edited by steelheadwill

Non Sequitur IMO,
My coins obverse shows Urdu/Hindi date translating to Gregorian 1951, The Reverse shows an Arabic Numeral date 1894
I wouldn't delete my answer, right or wrong.
