Seems the coin is from udaipur, which has coins listed under Mewar and Chhota-Udaipur

Keith, I'm about 80% sure Baroda is 80 miles from the tropic of cancer. I've been wrong a lot this round though, probably best to ignore me

1. This coin was minted somewhere between 1869 to 1908 using the Gregorian calendar and oddly enough the date listed on the coin is not because it is 57 years later.
2. This coin was issued for use in the Baroda Indian Princely State. Nice work @keith12
3. This coin isn't silver.
4. This coin is in numista.
5. This princely state's coins do include the use of the Rupee; however, this coin is of a lower denomination.
6. 19/21 questions used.
7. This coin is not a 1894 1 Paisa issued by Muhammad Ismail Khan (Jaora).

Was there some reference to 57 years?

Ok guys if I'm correct we have
Pai minted 1887-1893
Paisa minted 1883-1891
2 Paisa minted 1883-1891
All coins dated 57 years later
(if I didn't miss anything)
Waiting for 2 Paisa answer

I went back in looked again in me trusty catalog and found Baroda has some Hammered Coins 1880, 1890,1891,1892
But at this point who cares.
We have a 2 Paise Minted 1880-1893
So I will ask the last question.
Was this coin minted before 1887?

Standard Catalog of World Coins for this round 1801-1900.
Don't get me wrong I still had to do some research But got me going down the path. Much better to flip a book open then hunt Numstia IMHO
