Okay, somehow I need clarification, whether by asking a new question or getting a more direct answer to my previous question. The team I was referring to is the New Zealand All Blacks. I should not have worded it so subjectively, but it is based mostly on this from Wikipedia: Quote:

Your answer basically states that your coin is not from S. Africa but the second part is worded in a way that means it doesn't matter what country I meant, your coin is not from there, which doesn't make sense. I did take that as a hint, @keith12, but the diameter question rules out the NZ 5 cent coin (which features a tuatara).
If this is a coin from NZ, there's only one type that still qualifies.

Spruett, Thanks for educating me on the All Blacks. I am more into curling and competitive knitting, and I really don't know the difference between rugby and Australian rules football. I am afraid the Springboks were the only rugby team I knew about.
In any event, Joe has correctly summed up the situation.

My guess is a 2 Franc from New Caledonia dated 1991.
