Quote: And isn't Greenland part of a monarchy? (Not a question for gamemaster) Indeed it is, it's a "Devolved government within parliamentary constitutional monarchy." Via Denmark.

Out of the 14 British Overseas Territories, there are 10 that fit the criteria of being islands and issuing coins after 1976.
Over 1,400 coins issued since 1976.

Brutal! We might be doomed . Quote: And isn't Greenland part of a monarchy? Also, for purposes of the game, they haven't issued any coins since 1964 I think.

The British Overseas Territories are 14 territories under the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the United Kingdom. They are remnants of the British Empire that have not been granted independence or have voted to remain British territories. They are: Anguilla, Bermuda, the British Antarctic Territory, the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT), the British Virgin Islands (BVI), the Cayman Islands, the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia on Cyprus, the Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, the Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena and its dependencies (Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha), South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Was the coin issued by any of the 14 British Overseas Territories listed above?

sorry to dumb this down, and this isn't a question, it shouldn't matter who minted or distributed the coin, it should only matter the name/country of issue. did I miss something..?

Quote: Was it issued by the British Virgin Islands? No. 12/20 Quote: it shouldn't matter who minted or distributed the coin, it should only matter the name/country of issue. did I miss something..? Depends on how the question is worded. If asked where the coin was minted may be different from who issues it.
