You have to wait 24 hours from the time of the last (20th} question before you can reveal the coin, unless there is a correct guess.


That give the entire universe (besides you and the people who have already guessed) a chance to answer correctly.

When I said later today, I meant later today Australian time, which will be tomorrow your time. So it will be 24 hours.
