For info ... 2 hemisphere questions 5 date questions 1 country question
SO the first denomination question (10F or less) is #9.

Quote: I think you almost have enough info to start guessing! Whoa! I count over 50 possibilities just in the denominations where we would look if the next answer is yes. We need to narrow to the denomination (1 more question) and mint (one more question) ... then it's just a matter of choosing from about a dozen dates. Be careful not to give too many good clues!

Vraiment.
@James, if the answer to the last question is yes, then my question is: is it a 5 francs coin?

Does your coin have a mythological or allegorical figure on the obverse, such as Liberty or Genius, and not a monarch?
(that feller with wings is on a pretty popular coin)

Um... If it was a ruler or someone, does that count as allegorical?

If they are a real person they are not allegorical

Never mind. Feeling really stupid. My brain just turned on! No, my coin does not have a mythological or allegorical figure on the obverse!
I will be checking often again, please ask more questions!

Edit: Darn! that means the contestants will unfortunately have many more dates and mints from which to choose.
