Where Is This Arabic Coin From? Help Please

Appears to be from India, Mughal era (in other words could be Mughal, a princely state, or British India during the later Mughal rulers). The word Shah appears on the second photo. Hopefully someone will be able to identify it more specifically. I don't see a date on the coin. This coin also appears to have been coated with a shiny substance (glue, varnish etc.). If you wish to remove this coating you could try soaking in hot water or if that doesn't work maybe acetone or ethanol. Edited by Seeker55 07/06/2019 10:38 am Report this Post to the Staff
