Another "Foreign Coin" mixed in with a roll of Jefferson nickels!

Found this coin today while searching rolls of Jefferson nickels.

What country is this and what value?- Hope its worth at least 5 cents

That is a Russian coin.

It's 1 Rouble, the higher unit of currency, divided into 100 Kopeks. It's a very recent edition, in fact the current version on the currency. The Rouble is minted in values of 1, 2, 5 and 10. The Kopek is currently minted as a 50, 10, 5 and 1 Kopek, with some falling into disuse in 1991, for example the 20 Kopek and 15 Kopek coin.

Sorry to break it to you, but 1 Rouble is currently only 4 Cents!

I can't believe the different foreign coins I've been finding lately- either in rolls or out of the reject coin counter machine at my local bank

In addition to this coin, in the last month or so

2- 5 Euro Cents -1. (2002)Italy and 1. (2000) France
1. 1975- Confoederatio Helvetica (Switzerland) 20 denomination
1. 1992 10 Pence from Great Britain
1. 2000 50 Paise from India
1. 1968 Penny from the Netherlands Antilles
1. 1987 20 cent piece from Singapore

Also some coins from Caribbean Countries like Bermuda, Barbados etc.
