this 1963 penny is a different color from my other 1963's. is there some kind of error in colors of the 1963s.

Just due to some unknown environmental exposure. Nothing different about the cents of this year. Copper can take on many different colors.

The short answer is no. As the frog pointed out, different chemical or environmental conditions can cause the copper to tone to different colors, but that doesn't have anything to do with the minting process.
