Horribly worn. First image is of a head facing right. Second appears to be horse with a rider, right.

An earlier successful attribution of another coin in the same flip as this one put in in sicily-syracure, 275-215 bc. This may or may not be relevant.

Looks like it's 'uncleaned' - might benefit from some careful work.

Philip II had quite an interesting reign and was certainly a memorable statesman, but he is remembered for one thing only - being the father of Alexander the Great. Philip's efforts in reforming the Macedonian army produced a city state capable of facing down Athens - without him, Alexander could never have had the amazing military career he did.
