The header is "Lighting And Taking Images (Showing My Hand On This One)". http://goccf.com/t/335702 I use that method to diffuse the light plus AXIAL LIGHTING.https://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3681196 Here is my setup and it is pretty cheap.
