2014 D Nickel Error ?

This nickel has numerous raised spots and the spear in the doorway. Would this be considered and error. I have searched for 2014 D nickel errors but have not found anything similar. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

That "spear" looks like a hit from the edge of another nickel.

Looks like the "spear" of metal was moved...prpbably as stated, by another coin...perhaps when it was in the bag.

Looks more like a scratch with the lighting verses a raised spots/spear.

is the area in question, raised above the surface of the coin, or is it cut into the coin, ?

thanks all for your input. At different angles it looks like damage. It is not raised above the surface of the coin. Just got the microscope so I am just getting use to it. What a great forum!
