Can you ID this coin? I see no date and I cannot even determine its proper orientation.
It weighs .61 gms, (it is well worn and very thin)
Diameter is 17.9 mm.

I'm no expert here on such old coins, BigSilver is probably right if not spot on.
Your coin looks better than the plate coin in the catalog for the 1600s.
