I am tempted to trace the maze to see if there is a passage on a bitmap picture in red using maybe Microsoft Paint. 18.5mm, 4.15g, CRETE, 220 BC Knossos-Gortyna Alliance, Europa & Labyrinth. Europa, holding veil, seated left on bull leaping left; dolphins below, radiating lines in periphery / Labyrinth; star above. Svoronos, Numismatique 118; SNG Copenhagen 378-9 var. I certainly think there is some room for study there and a person could just rely on the published examples available online to do this without buying any of the coins. Then the big next question is are any of these mazes a match to a real maze that was in existence with the exact same passages? Like could the coins be a map?
