Does anyone have an opinion on what these marks maybe? does anyone see any doubling on the date, word liberty and
possibly I.G.W.T.? when you look at his face is that O abnormal , or is this just a quarter thats been beat up threw circulation?

That's just 1 abused 25c.( PMD) Even if it was a DDO / DDR, too beat-up to be worth more than face value..Some here on forum would not even bother looking at it for errors due to its condition..As far as "O" on ear...maybe a stain..
