1984 US Quarter, Collar Error And Old Die?

Brumby New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 07/11/2019 08:29 am I've seen plenty of 1984 quarters with the "IN" messed up but this 1 has the "E" and "TR" messed up too. It also has a minor collar thing going on and a globby "P". Is it a plain old quarter or something more interesting? Thank you in advance for responses, everyone was very helpful on my last posting. Is the reverse centered? The die had struck lots of coins at this point and was showing it's age. A broken post in the mint mark has filled in the P.
