1999 Memorial Cent Die Crack And Lamenation On Obverse ?

Also seems to be possibly a lamination running from east to west on his eyebrow and then turning north to his hairline. The material seems to be thicker on his forhead ? The reverse I think shows a Linear Plating Bubble. If I could post a better close up of his nose I would but I dont have sophisticated equipment. I took the pic with my handy-cam, saved it on my computer, resized it to 25% and then cropped it in "paint" . The handy cam is only a 5.3 mega pixels .
