I am wondering what grade a PCGS MS64 coin would equate to in Canada. From my understanding, U.S. grading companies grade slightly differently than Canadian ones. What are your thoughts?

P.S. - I don't own this coin, though I wish I did, lol.

When it comes to older circulated coins (i.e., pre 1937) PCGS generally grades higher than ICCS. Its common to find a PCGS coin graded as EF40 that would only receive a VF30 from ICCS. And PCGS acknowleges this since they grade based on what is accepted in the US market. However, on uncirculated grades they are fairly close. Sometimes one is a bit higher/lower than the other. Note that ICCS is more likely to undergrade a coin as opposed to overgrade it. But you need to be careful with purchasing coins in holders having ICCS grading labels, as many of the coins have been switched (along with the holder). All that remains intact is the ICCS grading label. Someone even counterfeited the label. Of course, even PCGS holders have been counterfeited.

Is something wrong with the bow over the shoulder? I cannot quite make it out. I have never actually seen one of these coins in person, so I have no point of comparison.
