Half of your picture is perfect and the other half is overexposed, try to get a shot with the area in question looking like the area with the Bird sitting on the branch. Can't quite tell is it is a damage, struck through or lam

Not sure if this image is any better. I think the term I was looking for was "lamination" and not die break. Thanks for the understanding and all the help.

If it were a lamination, we would be seeing a copper color. Instead we see lines of something preventing the strike. Perhaps debris from another coin?

Awesome find DrJamesDaddy! This one is a keeper and is worth a premium over face value. I also agree with Coop's assessment 100%. Nice Struck Through! Make sure you put it in a 2x2 for protection.
