First of all, sorry pics are with the penny in a 2X2. That's how I got it & I'm afraid to take it out lol. I'm really not familiar with pennies. I cherrypicked a proof 64 Kennedy from an antique store & he threw in a 59 & 64 Penny proof as part of the deal. Half of the time people post their Doubled finds on pennies, I can't see it when everyone else can. But on this coin, LIBERTY looks fatter and pushing towards the rim to me? Plus you can see doubling lines easily on "ERTY".

There are a few doubled dies on the proof cents. So you might want to check Variety Vista for what to look for.
http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...9PDDO003.htm
But the coin listed is no big deal for a doubled die. I wonder why they listed it? Look like a polished proof die that shows all the date and Liberty as even smaller than normal.
From the image provided, the full images are no help. The two showing Liberty are normal.

Coppercoins.com might be a better choice:
But no proof listings for them at all.

Wexler's doubled dies might help:
http://doubleddie.com/344622.html
But again no proof cents listed. But I would like to have you check out this last page. He does show a lot of doubled dies on this page. That way you can know what your looking for. Read all comments. That will help along the way. But again no listing for proofs on this site. (Just business strike coins)

The glare makes it difficult to evaluate this, at least for me.

The T and Y are somewhat normal for 1959.
I don't have a good close up of a normal 59 Liberty but these pics might help to compare the TY to. (Close shot is actually a DDO)
