Ok. I still don't know.... lol yours shows characteristics of both and some odd diagonal lines as well.
Here's satin finish.

Then here's business strike.

And then there's this which I found roll hunting about 12 years ago and I don't know exactly what to make of it. I'm guessing somewhere in between the two, maybe a worn out satin die they tried to repurpose for business strikes. I thought it was roller lines, but then I noticed it is on Lincoln's face and on the memorial building as well so I don't think it should be on the devices if roller lines so I'm thinking it's die abrasions maybe.. I don't know.
I think yours falls into this category also, repurposed satin die for business strikes. Pictures below:

I think yours exhibits the heavy ear, finely detailed hair, even the detailed neck beard like the satin finish strike, but it's just not satin finished like it should be. I kind of detect the same kind of diagonal lines on yours as my oddity example, just not as many of them. I'm not a professional but in my opinion your was a satin finish die and it was repurposed for business strikes when the finish wore down, like I suspect my oddity is also. I have no real evidence I can point to of this being the case though, just my suspicions, but hey someone has to do the work for finds to happen right?
