I just want to be sure, I believe this 2018 D Lincoln Shield cent has obverse double die. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

Looks like extreme MD, especially because it involves the mintmark. Actually, scratch that. New coins can have doubled dies with the mintmark involved, due to the mintmarks no longer being hand punched into the dies. My mistake. :)
