I'd get the business strike because yeah.... obvious reasons...

I agree with you Big Kingdom on the business strike.

I had been watching a bunch of the reverse proof ones on E-bay and got one for a decent price I think, the first URL is the one I won and the second URL is the highest I seen it sell for in the same slab. Got mine for $89 the other sold for $241. Also the last URL shows a buy it now for a S mint at $129.

The business strike is the least likely of the 3 to get a 70 grade. Just by the way they are made (no special handling). That's why I chose this.

perfessor, I would probably disagree with you on the no special handling some what. As none of these were issued out to the general public all were inserted into a small plastic pouch and then put into mint sets loose to move around in the box.
So I would say they were handled pretty much the same compared to regular business strike coins.

I voted reverse proof, being you asked on the perfect grade, for investment reasons only. Long term I think the value should be higher of the three.

I put all coins in Albums so regardless of what the grade, I'd get a regular coin so I could add it to an Album.

Any question of which one should/would someone buy should take into account the market prices of each especially in this case where one answer is going to cost significantly more
