Looks like a well placed hit to me. I looked up RPM's for this year and mint on VV, and nothing was matching up.

I'm up in the air on this one...cleaner close-up would help..not seeing any "push" movement from current photo..

I'm not exactly sure how to determine the position but by looking at the last pic I posted, it looks like either a NE or SW RPM to me? Help us out coop!

I see damage on the right side of the "D", a split on the top left, I don't see any MD on other nearby devices, I don't see anything inside the "D" would be a CCW RPM but I don't see any listed on VV that would be close to it.. Must wait for others to chime in, or send it in if you believe it's not damage from a hit on the left side....

It definitely doesn't look like a hit to me. There are no hits anywhere else either
