1984-D LMC Die Deterioration So Bad The FG Seems To Be Missing?

I am having a hard time seeing the initials FG on this 1984D because the Die Deterioration is really bad. There also seems to be some kind of doubling?

Could be a grease-fill or over-polished die. Not Die Deterioration.

Yes, the reverse shows Die Deterioration. I don't see any doubling anywhere though.
