Possibly some light Machine Doubling on the T and F, but it could be light reflection also.

As far as the no rim hard to tell from the pictures they are zoomed in too much and pretty dark. I'd think it is just a slightly off centered strike but I'd need a picture of the whole coin up close enough and more light to determine what's going on.
